Full course description
This course provides Extension agents and specialists with a broad overview of certifications and regulations affecting small fruit producers in the southern region and covers the National Organics Program, Certified Naturally Grown, Primus Global Food Safety Initiative, United States Department of Agriculture, Good Agricultural Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act. The program was developed by Auburn University, the University of Georgia, and Clemson University and sponsored by the Southern Region Small Fruit Consortium.
